March 20 is Stephen Colbert Day....

After losing a bet with Colbert over a hockey game, the mayor of Oshawa, Ont., John Gray, has declared his own birthday to be Stephen Colbert Day.

    Now, will this be a government holiday in which all government offices, post office, schools, and banks will be closed? Or will this be a holy day of obligation declared by the CCCB? :))
