George Carlin once mentioned the perfect place for affordable housing for the homeless - GOLF COURSES! Why not? There's enough land to "fill two Rhode Islands and a Delaware" dedicated to a "useless, arrogant sport". Hey, why not? After all, the neighbors simply say, "not in MY back yard!"
