Quod scripsi, scripsi!* (see post scriptum below)
BMP

*Post Scriptum: "Quod scripsi, scripsi" were the words of Pontius Pilate in St. John's account of the Passion of our Lord, which is read on Good Friday.  When Pilate wrote on Jesus' cross, "Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews", the chief priests told Pilate to write instead that Jesus *said* that he was the King of the Jews, to which Pilate responded, "What I have written, I have written," or in Latin, "Quod scripsi, scripsi," which I have taken for my trademark since changing the name of this blog from "Christus Vincit" to "Epistles from the Scriptorium".
