Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe

This weekend, we have our brass trio for three of our Masses, as well as a substitute soprano.
Our substitute soprano is Eden Casteel.  Eden is very accomplished in voice and piano, not only in performance, but in teaching as well.  Each summer, she also writes a children's musical called Quonnie.  And yes, she is also well-versed in sacred music.  She even substituted for me at the organ bench one weekend in the summer of 2014.

Ordinary: Messa Populare "Laus Tibi Christe" (Caudana)
Psalm 122: R./ Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord (BMP) (PDF)
Alleluia: from Gelobt sei Gott

Prelude: variations based on two Christus Vincit settings (Ambrosian and my own) (tentative)
Elevations: Christ Jesus Victor (with brass)
Postlude: Thine Be the Glory (from Handel's Judas Maccabeus) (tentative)

Hymns, etc.:
Rejoice, the Lord is King ("Darwall's 148th")
Christ is the King ("Gelobt sei Gott")
Laudate Dominum (Perosi)
We praise thee, King of Kings ("Dich K├Ânig Loben Wir")
To Jesus Christ, our sov'reign King ("Ich Glaub an Gott")

Quod scripsi, scripsi!
