**NOTE: The Gloria is recited at 12pm (as well as only singing 3 verses of the Entrance) to facilitate the fact that the majority of the congregation are workers at the Capitol who are attending Holy Mass on their lunch break.

Yup - that would most likely be the one. I like that one far better for seasonal use than the devotional text that's in most disposables (including mine). The devotional version ("In heaven, the blessed, your glory proclaim...") would be great for Assumption. OTOH, the one you have ("Predestined for Christ by eternal decree...") is a perfect fit for Immaculate Conception, Advent 4, AND Mary, Mother of God.
