Rememer our eightysomething violinist from Christmas? I'm happy to announce that Mr. Conrad Briere, the eightysomething violinist in question, is going to be with us for the Easter Vigil and the 10:30 Mass on Easter Day.

Peace,
BMP

I found out today that my aunt was at the Easter Vigil at Holy Ghost. It got rave reviews, but she said there was not violinist. :-( Was he unable to make it?

Conrad was there, and with his violin. He played two of the pieces at the Vigil, and three on Easter Day.
His violin might have been faint to her ears, as he was playing facing the choir for some reason, instead of playing facing the congregation. Plus, he was not miked this time. We miked him for Christmas and he was too loud.
On Easter Day, he played facing the congregation instead of facing the choir. It was better.
