Here is a YouTube clip of the Jacques Loussier Trio, with Bobby McFerrin, doing an improvisation on Bach's famous version of Wachet Auf. Loussier is known for his jazz improvisations on classical pieces, and has a series of recordings of JSB, called Play Bach.
