Ah; it was on the program when I visited, so it seemed like just yesterday!

This reminds me of the New Hampshire parish I used to attend, where the organist played the same hymns three times in four weeks. He or she must have figured that nobody was in the congregation but tourists!

Back around 1988, I actually worked for a parish whose pastor (who's still there, believe it or not) wanted the same four hymns for the entire month. I believe in repeating if a hymn is new or the theme is still the same, but for the entire month gets a bit BO-RING! :P
