Boy, they sure sang the crap out of THE ASH GROVE tonight! Guess they haven't heard that one in a while....

Considering we're supposed to get as much as 14" of that unwanted white powder from the sky that they call snow, we were packed - like a good 50 or so standing.
As a result, singing was far better than your typical 4:30 Mass.
Gives "anticipated Mass" a whole new meaning. I may land up with tomorrow off. I'll know by 6 AM tomorrow morning.
Peace,

I think we had about 25 people at the 7:30 this morning.
I'd be dang surprised if we got 25 people at ANY of our Masses this morning. We must have had well over 400 last night (we normally get just over 300 on Saturday).
This is my first snow-in since 1/05, when we landed up with a big three-foot dumping.
Summer - good, winter - bad.
Ave Verum - good, Table of Plenty - bad! Very bad.
