I saw this done in the summer of 1998 by a blind woman on the steps of Strasbourg Cathedral in France. Played the entire fugue on the accordion. (Technically a squeezebox has buttons on both sides, not a traditional keyboard layout on one, and it is only diatonic. Learned that on "How it's Made".)
