BASEBALL TONIGHT IN THE CATHOLIC BLOGOSPHERE

Hi! This is your friendly bush league correspondant Brian Michael Page from the Christus Vincit Sports Desk!

Tonight's schedule:
The Red Sox (my team) take on the Orioles at Camden Yards!
The Yankees (who I root against) play the LA Angels in Anaheim.
My wife Ann's Blue Jays host the Devil Rays at the Rogers Centre.
Nick's Phillies are looking for their first win as they take on the Dodgers at home.
Gerald's Padres host the Rockies. (Gerald also supports the Red Sox, making him good company)
Dave's Brewers look to remain undefeated as they take on the Diamondbacks at home.

While Gerald boos Bonds, I'll be booing the right coast equivalent, Gary Sheffield.
Any other Catholic Blogger with a baseball team they support, feel free to let me know and I'll include you in the fun. ;)

Peace,
BMP

Gerald's got good taste. I, too, am a Padres fan. Have been, ever since 1983.

Haven't really been following baseball that much in recent years, however. But my nephews are huge fans, and they make it a point to collect all the freebies whenever they go to a game. So thanks to them, I now have a Dave Winfield bobble-head, a Tony Gwynn Matrioshka (Russian Nesting) Doll, as well as assorted hats and jerseys.

Who would have thought that baseball would be such an important feature of CHRISTUS VINCIT? Let's hear it for America's pastime.
