MEET "SIX-EYES"

Got my first ever pair of bi-focals today. Now my wife and I are calling each other "six-eyes". She's had bi-focals for a few years now, so she's giving me all the primers. ;)

Now, anyone dare me to hop on a crane, while not used to bi-focals yet? Don't answer that! (LMAO)

Peace,
BMP

Yikes, you're scaring me!!!! You're only 5 years older than me, and the thought of the possibility of needing bifocals ... !!! ...

A friend of mine uses two different pairs of glasses (both bifocals, btw) - one pair he wears whenever he's at the organ, the other pair he wears when he's not.

I have an organist friend with bi-focals who got them "switched" so that the strong magnification is at the top of the lens and the normal is at the bottom, so he doesn't need to always tilt his head back to see the music. Playing with head back = not a good Alexander Technique/ergonomic position...

Then those become his/your "organ glasses" and then you have a regular pair for the rest of the time...

PS anyone notice that the word verification strings are getting longer????

Word verification never goes more than eight letters (at least not the ones I do here).

OK - so I'll rub it in - I have a five-letter one right now. :P
